There are a number of companies that offer services to look up maps for a given address, like 523 Dreamers Avenue, San Jose, CA, or give directions. MapQuest is my favorite.

Unfortunately, MapQuest don't offer this for free - think a minimum of 5 figures to offer this on your site!
