Editing ASP files

When editing ASP files, especially mine, please don't use any "clever" editor, whether it be FrontPage, HomeSite, etc.

These editors have a habit of getting in the way while they "help you" write HTML. Do what I do and use a good editor which doesn't write HTML for you, like EditPlus or HotDog.

Seriously, I'd recommend Notepad instead of FrontPage if they were the only two choices.

To associate Notepad or any other editor with ASP files, so you can simply double click them in Explorer to open them, just double click them! The following dialog box opens, where you can choose your editor.
