Having extracted all the files onto your computer, we need to turn them into a website! There are two ways to do this - run Personal Web Manager (PWM) and use Web Sharing. Both methods are available on PWS and IIS, and allow you to set up folders on your computer that you can "serve" pages from.

Start PWM by double-clicking on the PWS/IIS icon in the system tray, or by finding it in the Start menu. Mine was installed into Programs / Accessories / Internet Tools / Personal Web Server, but it seems that different versions install into different locations. My documentation says that it is installed into Programs / Microsoft Personal Web Server!

To set up the cya folder as a virtual folder, click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the toolbar.
